How we helped our clients.
Doctors.net.uk is the UK’s largest professional network of over 200,000 doctors. Their UX & Innovation team were revisiting the value proposition of their website and looking for ways to make the website more engaging to new users. We ran a series of user interviews, stakeholder workshops and came up with a UX strategy plan.
Classlist is a private social network app, with over 300k users, that allows parents from the same school to communicate with each other. The desktop and mobile apps aim to make the job of parenting easier and include functionalities such as class lists; lift share; group and private messaging and event management.
The Micro:bit Educational Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to inspire every child to create their best digital future, doing this through the BBC micro:bit. We redesigned their website to improve its user experience and usability, and designed their Class management tool which teachers use to run programming lessons.
Prostate Cancer UK approached Fruto to help improve the information architecture (IA) and usability of their website. Our research and design resulted in some impressive usability scores: an increase of 20.7% in the average success rate.
Wayve has a team of highly trained, highly-skilled drivers - AVSO’s (Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators) - who conduct on-road testing of the AI software. Our job was to identify how to improve the AVSO user experience and the reliability and accuracy of the data that the on-road testing provides to their in-house research and software engineering teams.
Impressed by our experience in the publishing sector, Taylor & Francis first approached us looking for support with a UI Design project, but, this soon grew into a long-term partnership, covering a range of strategic and tactical initiatives across the organisation (including T&F sub-brands).
